Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We verify payment, prepare your items, and generate your tracking number during this period.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with your tracking number is sent once the shipment is dispatched.
Some products—particularly items sourced from specialist suppliers—may have longer handling times. Product-specific handling times are displayed on the product page when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it in two ways:
- Account Dashboard — Sign in and visit My Orders to see real-time shipment status, carrier details, and estimated delivery dates.
- Email Tracking Link — Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view live carrier updates.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature, weight, or destination regulations:
- Lithium batteries: Products containing lithium batteries may have restrictions for air freight to certain destinations. Ground shipping may be required.
- Oversized or heavy items: Products exceeding standard parcel dimensions may incur additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
- Restricted destinations: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under US trade sanctions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Damaged on arrival: Take photos of the packaging and product damage. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Missing package: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building management. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for more than 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us for a replacement or refund.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.95 for orders under $99.00. Orders of $99.00 or more ship free. Express shipping is $14.99 regardless of order total.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible while your order is still in "Pending" status. Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number and the corrected address.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. Due to the size and weight of many robotics products, we require a physical street address for delivery.
What carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries. International shipments are handled by DHL, EMS, or the local postal service.
Can I expedite an order that's already been placed?
Once an order enters processing, we cannot change the shipping method. For time-sensitive orders, please select Express Shipping at checkout.
