By accessing or using iBuyRobotics.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions, to limit quantities, and to discontinue products without notice. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or that violate these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Defective items may be returned within 60 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. 7. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant iBuyRobotics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with security features; scrape or harvest data; impersonate another person; or use automated systems to access the Platform without our consent.
