Usage precautions:
1. Before installing the protection board, the batteries must be well matched (the voltage difference between each cell should not exceed 0.05V, the internal resistance difference should not exceed 5mΩ, and the tolerance should be less than 30mAh). The smaller the battery voltage difference, the better the protection board performs.
2. After connecting batteries in parallel, solder them in series correctly (nickel spot soldering for 18650 batteries, soldering for other batteries). Failure to bolt them together can easily damage the IC protection board. 3. If replacing an old battery board, please ensure the battery is functioning properly before purchase.
4. During installation, use a multimeter to check for voltage consistency. Performance issues with a voltage difference exceeding 1.0V include: short-range operation, start-stop operation, and short charging times. These issues are typically related to battery cell problems. Protection board issues include: battery failure to charge, battery voltage present but inability to discharge.
