This is a high-performance GRBLHAL control board powered by the Raspberry Pi RP2350B chip. It is designed for serious CNC enthusiasts and industrial applications requiring stability and customization.
We provide the control board's schematics and source code completely for free. You have the freedom to compile your own firmware and flash it to the board, giving you full control over your machine.
Industrial-Grade Isolation: All inputs and outputs are protected using high-speed digital isolators and optocouplers. The board features a true dual-power isolation design, offering superior anti-interference capabilities compared to standard boards.
Motion Control: Supports up to 5 Axes. Provides 5V Pulse/Direction output, perfectly compatible with Stepper Motors and Servo Motors.
Spindle Control: Dual output modes supported:
- 0-5V PWM Signal
- 0-10V Analog Voltage Signal (for controlling VFD + Spindle).Handwheel Support: Features RS232 handwheel support based on the keypad plugin. You can connect a handwheel directly to the control board.
Standard Outputs: Includes standard M3, M4, M7, M8 signal outputs.
